The visit and hair treatment were fine; the issue came when the salon called and said the time I'd booked was too late for what I wanted, and so they changed the booking to a different day and time. The next day (the day of my new appointment), they rang back to try and change it a further time. Happily the stylist did eventually agree to stay late, however in the end I was able to arrive earlier after changing my plans so this wasn't necessary. Once I was there it was fine but it didn't give me a great first impression!

I always find it difficult to find someone that can cut my short hair the way I like it - Lisa knew what to do without me giving her hardly any direction. It was fab! Thank you very much!
