The Treatwell booking did not come through, and so when I arrived at the salon at the right time, they did not have someone available. However, the staff were very helpful in rearranging for a slot 30 minutes later, and made sure I got the full 45 minutes that I paid for (even though this would run slightly beyond closing time). The treatment itself was great, with a lovely therapist and the right level of pressure to be relaxing but still working on the tougher knots. All credit to The Salon for turning the booking mishap around!
