Easy to book and get a convenient time slot. My appointment was about 20 minutes delayed, but I was offered a drink and magazine to keep me occupied. My hair dresser was really nice and properly listened to what I wanted. I’m a little scared of my new fringe at the moment, but in a few weeks it’ll have grow a bit and I think I’ll love it. I’ll definitely go here for my next hair cut.
I never noticed this salon, hidden away under Hays Galleria. I figured the facial would be fairly standard but the results were exceptional and my therapist, Gemma, was fantastic. A total find.
Not impressed! My haircut was quite rushed - the hairdresser managed to cut my shoulder-length hair in about 10 minutes. Generally, the salon is nice; just expected the hairdresser to put a bit more effort.
