Unfortunately my haircut felt a bit rushed. The stylist was friendly and did a nice blow dry, but the whole experience felt rushed with not a lot of time spent on the cut.
The salon is nice, clean and simple. The staff who greeted me seemed a bit rushed and not overly friendly/smiley but maybe it was just an off day.
The stylist I had was polite but not very talkative (which is sometimes quite nice!) although I did feel that she could have spoken to me a little more. She seemed a bit unsure about how to do what I'd asked which made me a bit nervous. It seemed a bit rushed when she washed my hair and there was no head massage during it either which I was a bit disappointed about - that's the best bit?!
Overall I came out a little underwhelmed but the cut and finished style was fine. I wouldn't rush back there.
I made a mistake with my booking and the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. I was very happy with the up do as well. Everyone in the salon was polite and helping.
