the cut and service were great. very attentive and helpful staff. my only comment is that Wahanda advertises peak/off peak rates for haircuts at Lucas. When I queried the salon staff, they were not aware---hence, there seems to be a lack of communication between Wahanda and Lucas salon.
Anita cut my hair just how I wanted it. I have never yet been disappointed by this salon. The stylists always take the time to finish the style exactly how you want it.
Great! Love the highlights and the area was pretty without costing a fortune! David did a great job. I will return again
I've decided to write a review since I was checking the price list and saw a very bad review, which I believe is totally unfair. I had several treatments at the salon and was always very pleased. I had few specifically with Santa, and honestly it is hard to find a person more polite and well mannered in this industry. I enjoyed my manicure, pedicure sessions, and did waxing with her few times as well as facial. I really appreciate when a person is not forcing you into conversation (what most manicurist do), and Santa really feels people well, knows if you are in a mood to talk or not, and it never affects the quality of her work. I had my highlights done there too, and few times came for cut and blow dry. All staff are professional and really friendly, I started going there because I felt welcomed and already a valued customer from first time I came, and it is this feeling of comfort that makes you want to go back.
