I had quite a disappointing experience, the hairstylist who was supposed to cut my hair was not at the salon when I arrived. I was offered a complimentary treatment, but as I was short on time, I did not take this up. I then had my haircut done by no less than 4 stylists (throughout the whole process from washing to blow-dry) none of whom actually checked to see if the work was properly done or that the hair was properly cut. The job was finished off with a blowdry that was cursory at best.
