Great hospitality and the hair cut was perfect

The stylist was extremely friendly and very nice. The whole atmosphere was really really nice. But when I got home and properly looked at my hair I did not like it. I asked for layers but it was just a straight line. It took an hour and 15 mins for what seems like a very simple haircut. But like I said the people were very nice. They are all Italian - maybe I did not communicate clearly enough
