I had my hair cut by Martin. The salon experience was good; it was not busy when I was there, the products used made my hair feel softer and both staff were professional-not overly chatty but engaging enough. However to conclude, I feel like Martin did not really understand the finish that I wanted. In fact, I was given the opposite of what I had in mind. The hair cut wasn't checked and the results to me seemed uneven once I straightened the hair. In regards to the finish, my suggestion would be to interact with the client during the blowrdy stage to see that you are on the same page.
