Unfortunately a terrible experience. Hairdresser cut off 20 cms when i asked for 1-2 cms. I've been trying to grow my hair for years and now I have a bob. In addition to this, it is extremely uneven. Very upsetting experience which left me in tears. However treatwell site experience was great.

The staff were very friendly. Lyanne did my hair exactly how I wanted and managed to achieve what I'd been trying to for the last year or so. She made a lot of effort to get it just right and I'm very happy with the result!
