I went to Lucas for treatment, haircut and blowdry and I am quite pleased. Hairdresser listened to what I wanted and was friendly. It took a lot if time though (more than it has at other hairdressers). Also treatwell messed up my booking at some point, but all resolved in the end. For a package deal price and good service, I am very pleased. I'll certainly be returning.

The hair cut only took 10-15 minutes but I am happy with the result.

Unfortunately a terrible experience. Hairdresser cut off 20 cms when i asked for 1-2 cms. I've been trying to grow my hair for years and now I have a bob. In addition to this, it is extremely uneven. Very upsetting experience which left me in tears. However treatwell site experience was great.
