I arrived early on my appointment. Staff seemed friendly and I was happy they were willing to take me earlies. I asked for Roots Highlight as I want to archive more natural look. My hairdresser was young man, who didn't seemed confident at what he was doing. Maybe he was new but in that case they shouldn't let him to do such a treatment. The bleach was left on my hair for nearly 2 hours and I left the place with less hair and stripes of bleached and not bleached hair. It looks terrible. I tried to speak with the woman who was taking payment but she just gave me a card machine to pay and didn't care. I would never come back!

Great highlights and lovely colorist. Kindnof her to fit me in as I had messed up my booking time.
