Excellent haircut, got lots of attention from my hairdresser and it was a very pleasant experience. I had to wait for a bit because I had booked the first appointment in the same morning on Wahanda and apparently they hadn't communicated with the salon. But they made every effort to fit me in.

Wasn't a great cut - guy didn't seem to know what he was doing and the hair looks all choppy. The staff were nice but the overall the cut wasn't that good. I think they are better with men's hair.

Worked out exactly what I wanted at the beginning and always checked before she cut it, which I really liked. It was also blow dried beautifully.

Could have done with a stylist who actually spoke English. Having the receptionist example what products were used on my hair AFTER my hair was cut, questions whether they ever understood what I asked them to do in the first place. Good thing I only wanted a trim.

What an awesome price for a spot in Notting Hill! Didn't really keep my expectations too high, but the haircut I got was fabulous! Also, washed my hair which I don't think was included in the price, but who am I to complain. Awesome work.
