Not impressed. First of all the service listed on Treatwell does not match the actually service provided in the salon. I originally thought I was getting highlights, trim and blow dry for £80 but walked out with full head semi permanent dye, trim and blow dry for £160. Second, the styling staff are friendly, considerate and do a good job but the management leave something to be desired. When I made my inquiry about the difference in price as advertised, providing proof that the ad mentioned everything was included, she simply said that it was incorrect and didn’t offer any sort of compassion for the error. I will not be going back as I can get exactly what I want for less and with less disappointment.
