I had a bit of a mishap doing balayage at home and Gennaro fixed it perfectly and was very nice about it as well. The stylist I chose was unavailable on the day and as such the owner coloured my hair himself at the same price, which was a nice surprise and a bargain :).The staff and the salon are great, very professional, relaxed and not a bit pretentious unlike many other salons I've been to. Will definitely come again when I need a touch up, it is well worth the trip from Croydon!
