Great staff. Very friendly and accommodating. My friend and I booked appointments back to back but they made arrangements for us to have them at the same time, which was great. My manicure is perfect and I have had many comments on it. I would definitely go back.

I was kt waiting a bit which is tough when you are on your lunch break. The wax was ok and the beautician was pleasant

I went here expecting the treatment to take 1 hr max, I was wrong. After a bit of a wait for my turn - it took them 2 hrs to do what normally takes my local beautician 30 minuets tops and that's when my legs and all look like a jungle (she's very good!)
I was given a nice girl who was a beginner but really needed supervising on technique and the time. They then ran out of wax in the machine and we had a wait for it to heat up, by then it was 8. I also had to go back up stairs to finish off the treatment with a more experienced girl.
I came away unable to meet up with my bf, and now have 2 beautiful bruises on my both lower thighs, but my legs are pretty smooth now. Needless to say I won't be coming back :(
