Brilliant again! I love this salon and Juliana is so lovely and did my nails with such precision and they look fabulous now. Looking forward to my appointment there. :)
The lady doing my nails was in training she told me but did a great job! She wasn't very talkative however so we sat in silence for 40 minutes. However the service and value for money was great! I would definitely recommend.

Juliana is the so great. I've been waxing for over 10 years now and I don't think I've ever had such a clean wax nor have I had an equal comfortable experience.
I very much recommend her -- she is very careful and makes sure to get every hair she can without any pain.
There's no one else I can see from now on!

The person that did my was wonderful. However, due to a miscommunication she didn't do what I paid for. I paid for the manicure & shellac option on the app. When I arrived it was quite loud and perhaps I was a bit tired. The lady said she asked if I had the manicure, but I didn't hear her. So she ended up doing the nail shape and shellac option. She did apologize and gave me a £5 voucher for next vist. If I didn't have the £10 discount from wahanda I would have been pissed! I think this place need a to be a bit more organized with ther system or communication with in the staff... I think they should know and not have to ask. Cause imagine if I did pay full price!

Really nice staff member, efficient and diligent. The environment was relaxing and clean, also very close to leicester sq tube so super easy to get to.
