Excellent treatment and service with Juliana as always. I would thoroughly recommend getting shellac nail polish professionally removed as when I tried to do it at home it didn't really work properly, took ages and weakened my nails. I always go to the Beautique Room to get my shellac nails done as the staff are lovely, they are experts in nail treatments and it's good value too.

Great value Brazilian Wax. The therapist was very professional and the treatment was quick and pain was minimal. The result was also extremely thorough. I've already booked my next one!

Staff very pleasant but manicurist couldn't speak much English although there were other staff to translate, biggest problem was the fact that I had to ask for the cuticles to be done, the girl didn't seem to know what she was doing and took off some polish put on earlier. The worst part was that whole pieces of polish fell off the nails the next day! 3 days later only 3 nails still have polish and I don't do anything that would destroy nails like this!
