The quality of my wax was good and Gabriela was really friendly, though the treatment room was a little claustrophobic if you're tall like me!

Amazing value for a West End location but more importantly, a place which understands service and its importance. Nothing was too much trouble and great care taken by everyone including the manager to check we were happy. A really refreshing experience.
I had a great experience at Waganda! I had Hollywood wax and would recomend this place to anyone who wants any wax treatment here.

Lovely little local find (had been looking for ages for a place to get a reasonably priced wax near work so I can nip out quickly at lunchtime) and this definitely is it. The waxing prices are extremely reasonable for Central London, the service is fantastic and the owner, Gabriela is really friendly and makes you feel very relaxed (after all, waxing is a form of torture!) It's small and not super swanky, but for quick treatments it's absolutely perfect. (I am also hoping to try out her eyelash extensions soon, too, which also sound like really good value).
The waxing was professional and almost without pain. The beautician is very friendly and attentive. All in all a very good experience, I'm very satisfied.
