By far the best shellac manicure I’ve had in Victoria. Lasted 3 weeks! Really impressed and will definitely be visiting again!

Really great manicure. I really likes the shape for my nails and finished to a high standard.
However, dropped a star as there was not a large choice of colours. Annoyingly I saw the colour I wanted but I couldn’t have that colour as it didn’t belong to her.

Do not go to Gabrielle Elle Nails! Turned up to my 4pm appointment, was told Gabrielle would be there soon. 4.15pm goes by, I ask again. Am told that Gabrielle actually doesn’t work for Royal Beauty Victoria but rents a table, so they don’t know where she is. I call G, who doesn’t pick up. They call her, she picks up. They speak and then the nice receptionist has to inform me that Gabrielle says that my booking shouldn’t have been taken in the first place and that she won’t be coming. This is bearing in mind I’ve paid a very high £81 to have a 2 hour Shellac mani pedi with Gabrielle, and am pregnant and wanted to treat myself to a nice mani pedi, so travelled in from south London specifically. Given no other options by gabrielle, I was about to leave, but then the nice girls at RBV offered to arrange that Gabrielle pays them the money I paid her, so that they can do the treatment for me. Which is lovely of them, and they did a great job - but their shellac mani pedi is cheaper than Gabrielle’s and lasted 1.5 hours. I feel a bit cheated by Gabrielle, who hasn’t contacted me to apologise / explain / offer to reimburse the difference. I wouldn’t advise anyone book with her unfortunately as her customer service is atrocious. RBV girls were lovely and did a great job though!
