They did a great job of handling the cleanliness and made the necessary change to make me feel safe and secure in terms of covid but I did feel a bit like the hairdresser didn’t know exactly what she was doing with my colour removal which didn’t make me feel very at ease and I wasn’t 100% happy with the result.
