I had a Hollywood wax and although the staff member was very kind and friendly, making me feel at ease, I was not entirely happy with the results of my wax. Although she did tell me it was tricky to do for some reason, she over used two different kinds of wax in some areas, which I feel burnt me as since then the area has been really sensitive.
