I paid for a cleansing facial to extract pores etc, yet didn’t receive one. Therapist used a different (easier technique for her but not very effective) only on my forehead and nose. Second time this has happened at this Beauty galaxy venue. I am disappointed second time in a row and won’t be booking again. Treatment room is located within a hair salon so the music is hyper and loud while you try to relax, not a very welcoming staff either.

The Salon was really hard to find and I had to wait for over 20 minutes.. The stylist was really nice and she started with my brows who turned out absolutley amazing!! The eyelash extensions just last for ca. 4 days which wasn't mentioned anywhere and it's not really good done as you can see the glue and it looks horrendous so you need to wear eyeliner to cover it.
