I had a great facial at this venue. The therapist is lovely and professional, she informed me throughout the treatment what she is about to do next, making sure I am comfortable at all times. Very relaxing and highly recommended.

The staff were lovely and friendly, and talked me through the whole process beforehand - however, it was excruciatingly painful!! I've spoken to other professionals who perform microblading and they've all told me there's no way it should have been this painful; I waited to write my review until I'd spoken to other treatment providers as well as friends who have had this done before. If you're made of steel, do book here, but I've had piercings, tattoos and surgeries less painful than this. Maybe the numbing cream was past its expiry date? It's such a shame because other than that it was a lovely experience!
