Sadly so disappointed. I didn't see Nilo as booked but was with a new trainee instead. I asked for just a few inches off my long hair to remove damaged ends & showed exactly how much, but far more was cut than I'd agreed to, leaving me with a long bob I didn't ask for. Nothing to be done now & I'm gutted about it as I have a wedding next week. Also 1 hour appt ran to 2 as the stylist left me waiting 40 mins whilst she did another lady’s hair. Felt bad as she was new and nice but what can I do?
