On the booking page was told the service would be £39.99 when I sat down for my appointment I ended up paying £60, in which I could have gone to my regular salon, I was informed of the cost after the service with no reason for the extra charge except for “price went up due to extras”, I booked an updo with a few curled pieces in which I think having two front pieces curled does not warrant a £20 up charge, would not recommend at all to anyone wanting their hair done.

They said my hair was extra long and charged 15£ extra which I don’t mind paying but it would have been helpful if there was an option for extra long hair.
