Awful experience!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! First of all when I arrived for my appointment they asked me to wait, this is not a problem for me, BUT then I saw I am not waiting to finish the haircut for a regular client, but STAFF I get a little concerned. Second I asked for a trim and a regular wet haircut. She said she will cut just 2 inches but I ended with 5 inches cut from my hair and unsymmetrical hairline. Now my confidence and appearance is ruined. Unacceptable! I am so disappointed!!!!

Sona did magnificent job and Sona is absolute swearheart... I was so cold on arrival, Sona provided cosy warm blanket - such a nice touch.... Most importantly I'll be defo back xxx

The haircut was good but I am giving this two stars purely because I had to wait 45 minutes for a dry haircut which isn’t acceptable and assumed compensation would be required for the inconvenience
