I paid a huge amount of money for nails that are now cracked, wonky design and cut skin around the edges of my nails. I was then hounded to pay a different way via phone calls and messages. The only good thing was the nail tech, who was a nice person

I had a very disappointing BIAB experience. 3 of my nails bubbled and peeled off the next morning. I was told I couldn’t have a refund due to the policy so if you’re considering booking I advise that you read the policy.

Convenient location. Reasonably clean. However, the pedicure chairs and tubs for the feet were a bit close together and ergonomically awkward. I had to step over things in order to be seated.
