It was my second time and I had different nailist each time, but both of them have same style and same great level of care.

The nails are awful, the guy was on his phone whilst doing them, overloading the acrylic so needed excessive filing to get them down which has led to my nails feeling very sensitive. They are all different lengths and shapes, though I complained at the time multiple times. They are also not stuck properly to my natural nail so are lifting. The luxury pedicure was rushed. I complained once I noticed the lifting and the salon said I must have pulled them and refused a refund. Terrible store.
