really convenient location, variety of services available, great staff (polite, experienced and attention to detail) however I feel like cleanliness could be improved for this place to be THE perfect place!

I booked and paid for an appointment during my lunch break. When I arrived I was made to wait 20 mins while the man finished soaking someone’s nails & another person’s pedicure. He asked to wait 10 mins more because he was the only person working at the time. I couldn’t because I had a work call. He then asked me to come back later which I only accepted because I had paid £35 already, but delayed my evening plans. In future, they shouldn’t have appointments available to book if they can’t do it
