It took an hour and twenty minutes for an acrylic removal and BIAB gel. The acrylic removal left residue on my fingers that he made no effort to clean up. The builder is so thin that it might as well not be builder and the gel application is uneven and bumpy on the surface, affecting the overall colour of the gel. I’ve had previous good experiences at Galaxy but I will not be returning again after this experience.
