Pedicure- Started cutting my nails without asking me the length I want. Didn’t clean underneath the nail. Did not ask if I wanted razor or not went in straight ahead. They didn’t tend to my hard skin on the toes and when I told them to do so the girl did it so hard she made a bleeding wound on my toe.
Manicure- did not clean the nails underneath.When applying the shelac one of the nails was badly done and asked to fix before baking. She said no and of course could not fix after. £69 for both
