Showed up 5 mins before afternoon appointment and shop is closed, lights off, door locked. 10 minutes later employee shows up with shopping bag to let me in. Employee seemed annoyed that I was there, was constantly having to look for equipment. Asked for round nail shape but was given oval shape. Employee cut my finger by the nail bed when trying to wipe off some varnish that had gone on my skin. Wouldn’t go back
