Pretty Venue. I came early & Charles accommodated my appointment. Whilst painting my toes I was sat in a pedicure chair and the towel my feet was on was wet. When he shaped my nails my thumbs was noticeably shorter then the rest of my fingers and I pointed this out and asked him to file the rest down and he said that they wasn't shorter and laughed, I called up the next day and was told I could come back in and they wasn't refunding me I did not go back in, 6 nails have come off in under 2 week

Nice enough place but my hard gel chipped badly on 3 nails within a few days. Really bad for the price.
