First I was a bit confused about the interior and the ambience (really small store, looks nothing like your classic hairdresser), but I was more than happy with the cut and the treatment I received

Galina and her family were very warm and inviting upon reception.
However, when I expressed that I didn't love my new cut, rather than offering her expert opinion on what could be done to fix it to my tastes or advising me to go home and live with it for a few days and call back for a free adjustment appointment to fix if I was still unhappy after a few days (as the case with any good salon), she seemed more intent on insisting that my cut was great and that I was having difficulty adjusting to the change. After that, I certainly didn't feel comfortable calling them back and went to another salon altogether to fix.

Galina was very nice and welcoming. She made me feel very relaxed. She listened to what I wanted with my hair and made sure I was happy with the hair cut. I'm an overall satistified customer.

Galina is very professional and a perfectionist with an eye for detail, exactly want you want when you surrender yourself on the chair of the hairdresser :)
