Be careful about making sure you have selected the right hair length (!) I "thought" my hair was in the shoulder category but it wasn't according to their standards- which I fast found out with a lecture delivered to me on sitting in the chair as soon as I got in.
To be honest it felt like I was being told off and wasn't the greatest start from a customer service perspective - considering I only needed a trim and it was my first visit. I asked if it was a case that she needed me to pay the difference, which she said no it wasn't. However, if that's the case, cut the hair FIRST then mention it at the end so you don't sully the whole experience for the client!! It makes it more likely not to annoy them and want to come back next time!
The hair cut was fine and I ended up leaving a tip to try to make up the difference for my mistake (because no one likes to feel guilty!) but the whole thing left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.
Haircut was fine but I've had better for similar pricing.
