Galina was brilliant - really friendly and welcoming. She listened to what I wanted done, and knew exactly what my neglected hair needed to make it super healthy again. She told me how and why she'd approach the haircut, which was wonderful and made me feel at ease (I'd been worried because my wedding is approaching and I didn't want anything to go wrong so close to the day!).
I left with a perfect haircut, a glamourous finish and amazingly healthy looking and feeling hair. It's just a shame that I was only returning to the office! Thank you so much Galina - I will be back!

Small shop in central location. Galina listened very attentive about my haircut desires and she suggested what was better for my type of really thick hair and also she double checked with me about how much length I wanted cut. I'm satisfied about the result.

My hair was washed upon arrival, and then Galina asked how I wanted it to be cut. Because it was simple I didn't bring in a picture, but she understood exactly what I meant and made sure to check with me before taking off any length or too much weight (I had gone in to get my layers touched up, get some weight out of my hair, and have the split ends trimmed). I was out of the salon within 20 minutes, and that was with a wash, cut and a quick blowdry. Very satisfied with the style, I'll be back.
