Great chat and funky chilled out place. Super value, Galina was happy to follow guidance on a rather unusual cut! Had lots of comments on how great the hair looks since :)
Haircut was good. Hairdresser was very friendly. However, waited for 45 mins. Wahanda showed that there was a slot for 4.15pm but when I arrived, hairdresser said the system did not show my booking till later.

I would definitely say this was a positive experience. The lady that cut my hair was very friendly and followed the description of how I wanted my hair to be cut. When I arrived at the hair studio it didn't look how I expected and I was slightly apprehensive about getting my hair done in the salon. However I was pleased with the result and would recommend it to my friends. :-)
I had a wash cut and blow dry, Had to wait for a while as there was someone before me. The shop was a little difficult to find but Galina was lovely and gave me exactly what I wanted. Friendly and good service.

I have been going to Galina for many years now ... she is the only person I trust with my long hair. Galina is wonderful; sweet, friendly, always cheerful and simply the best hairdresser in the world (and I've been to a LOT of hairdressers). Her cuts are just perfection and her customer service is out of this world - there is always a warm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in the salon. I cannot rate her highly enough - if I could rate her 10/5 I would!
