Galina was so lovely and friendly, I went for a perm patch test to try one more time and see if my very straight hair would perm. Galina was really helpful explaining what to do - my hair still didn't perm, so I'm glad I did the patch test.
Always such a wonderful and friendly experience. I got exactly what I asked for (as usual) but both her and her husband are just so lovely.
