It was extremely helpful and clean, Ash is very understanding & took his time to explain me why my back was hurting. For the first time, I felt that my body was relaxed, especially the day after, I was lucky to do the deep tissue & acupuncture treatment & will definitely come back for a second treatment. Thank you so much.

I went to see Ash three months ago about my chronic shoulder problem and he explained the causes and the treatment plan to me very clearly.
He was extremely technical in providing me with pain relief and also home exercises to do.
I have now been going regularly not just for that but also adjustments in different joints and tendons.
I have tried quite a few different gurus before but they were not very effective at all. I am very lucky to have found Ash who is very caring and personable.
