I have gone to Garcia's Hair Lounge twice now -- both in times of need with consultation and a fixer upper (I am changing my style/color/etc). On both occasions, they've come to the rescue and brought my vision to life exactly how I envisioned it. I've walked out feeling more confident and now I get so many compliments from my friends which is a nice ego boost.
