I booked on-line and had communication direct with the salon as I was having a perm. I was a bit early for my appointment but my treatment started immediately which impressed me. I was given a coffee - much appreciated as I had travelled 40 miles from home that morning. I found all the staff that dealt with me friendly and able to talk about things other than 'what are you doing this evening?' and the Artistic Director who did my hair, styled it just as I had asked and gave me tips on how to keep it looking nice. This was a great relief as this was my first visit to this salon and, with such a pleasant experience, I have already booked my next appointment.
