after a quick chat with my lovely technician, I was advised that the treatment I had requested was not the best for my lifestyle and advised which treatment was. she took the time to explain each process and why they were appropriate or not, so I changed treatments - and I'm so happy I did! such a lovely experience and such an amazing manicure, will be back!
