Love this salon as its so convenient (you can literally park outside) and have had great haircuts both time. Friendly and quick service :)
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
lovely looking salon, friendly staff and felt very comfortable, however my hair cut… was poor! it was wonky and thick, i thought maybe it was because it wasn’t straightened however when i got home and straightened it i saw how bad it was, i looked like Lord Farquad from Shrek!. I paid for a wash and cut for my partner and he just got a cut, missed areas, skin fade looked like a bowl cut. we left and my partner went to a barbers, when he sat in the chair the barber laughed and asked if it was a trainee
i went to a salon who asked me the same thing.
I didn’t want to write this as they were really lovely but i’ve been left with essentially a bob (i wanted shoulder length) and i hate my hair, thankfully the other salon made the best of it but I wouldn’t go back.
I didn’t call them to ‘resolve’ as quite frankly I was upset and didn’t want to go back, i’m not one to say bad things and feel terrible about this but I feel it needs to be said.
