I mistakenly arrived on the wrong day but they were happy to fit me in. Friendly professional staff. They listened to my wishes and did exactly as I asked.

My daughter needed a trim. Although she's 13 she was treated as an adult and asked directly what she'd like done.I think this is important as it made her feel like she was in control. Jackie was very nice with her and she came away feeling great.

I have been hunting for a hairdresser that could cut my very short hair so it looked as if it had been styled. Gavin was my 5th attempt!!!!!
