From the moment I stepped into the House I was greeted by the warmest smile and the most delicious cup of rose bud tea - their signature I was told. My treatment was a total bliss! I asked millions of questions all of which were answered with incredible amount of detail and knowledge. Not only did I get the treatment I also felt like I was heard - really heard and supported emotionally as well as physically. Will come back many time again 🙏🏻 Thank You!

Gazelli house is a beautiful sanctuary to enter into. I warms warmly greeted and made to feel at ease straight away. Justine was so skilled, compassionate & knowledgeable. I had a Zen facial which included an abdominal massage, heated cloths, face cupping & Gua sha. The whole experience left my ( reactive) skin soothed, radiant & bright for several days… I felt I could just lose myself in the treatment. Totally wonderful!

It has been an absolute dream being able to relax and get away from the chaos that London can be. Since the moment you enter Gazelli you are welcomed with smiling faces and a sense of peace. Aleksandra is so professional and friendly at the same time, she makes you feel reassured and targets the treatment to your own needs. The best treatment ever! 5 stars is not enough for this little gem in the heart of South Kensington.
