Booked an appointment, walked in on time with my mask on. Met with a blank stare from Amgela sat on the sofa browsing her phone. Told her I had an a appointment, she said "no I don't know how to cut curly hair". What kind of hairdessser doesn't know how to cut curly men's hair? Walked out feeling utterly perplexed.
Even weirder that I came two weeks before and they didn't have any problem cutting my hair then.
Not bothered, or just thought I looked too ethnic this time?

Unfortunately I had a truly heart breaking experience.... firstly I specified I didn’t want my hair cut I literally wanted just the ends trimmed as I wanted to keep the length....I am now 3 inches shorter of hair and it took me so long to grow it! I also was burned on the ears twice and cheek once with the hair straightener...the stylist also kept catching my ear with the comb and eventually pulled out my piercing. Nothing against the salon but I got the opposite to what I asked for and hurt in the process
