Premises looked run small,run down and noisy.
They only take cash, haven't been advised about it before treatment,only saw note on reception desk.
During treatment other staff was interrupting, shouting something in foreign language, could hear a lot stomping, doors closing/opening, phone/cellphones ringing endlessly. Beautician tried to mask all the noise by leaving her phone with music on in the room, but the music choice was horrible, playing same depressing (not soothing) tune over and over again, way too loud.
Eyebrows waxing was done while lashes were sticked up to silicone shield for perming. The process on his own is unpleasant, imagine how uncomfortable is that, then somebody applies hot wax and pulls it to remove hair. Waxing was really painful, my eyes become teary, mixed with chemicals from perming, eyes start to sting badly. I couldn't open it after treatment, beautician have to wash it with some liquid few times. Was not offered any tissue or anything, even my noise start to leak as well, because it felt really really stingy (i did lash lifts before and it never felt like this).
Straight after treatment my eyebrows looked like 2 flat,black slugs laying on my face. When I expressed my concerns, beautician removed almost all dye and then I noticed that my eyebrows arched differently, one ticker, onother thinner,but arched more. After waiting for another 30min while she was dealing with other client, she tried to fix it by trimming and plucking more hairs out. Result - over plucked, roundly shaped eyebrows, nothing like HD!!!!
After 2 days (i did not wet them) my lashes looked darker, but not really lifted, just matted and kinked on the ends of one eye. Started to fall out badly.
My experience is so far worst I ever had.
It takes me months to grow them back. And have to pay double for it, because booked again in other salon who agreed they can fix the damage a little.
Absolute nuisance! I'd say don't waste your time and hardly earned money.
