Overall really great- lovely nails done swiftly and to a very high quality. Only issue was that my appointment got changed when I arrived as they had double-booked, but I live locally so this was fine.

Just not a good experience. The eyelashes themselves are not what I asked for at all. I’m now going to have to go somewhere else and spend yet more money getting these redone. When I arrived, the beautician was getting her feet done, so I had to wait for her for a bit. In general, I didn’t have a problem with that, but the eyelashes are just not what I asked for at all. They asked if I wanted a really natural look and I said no quite firmly. Such a waste of two and a half hours and £71.
