A 45minute manicure that was completely rushed in 20mins, dodgey nail filing and uneven colour (particularly on my thumb!) left me very upset with what was supposed to be a treat. The whole place seemed very chaotic, I would only visit again if I could go mid week and get the lady that treated me last time and was so precise.
