I've never had any sort of waxing done, let alone a Hollywood wax! Understandably I was feeling really nervous. Samantha made me feel completely at ease - she talked me through everything and made sure I knew what to expect. She made it as painless as possible - I actually ended up laughing and chatting with her so much! I would highly recommend Samantha to anyone wanting waxing.
