Salon was dark as most of the bulbs had blown, my hair was washed with a dirty towel and the blowdry I asked for wasn’t done. The stylist seemed manic and high or drunk. Won’t be returning.

Jeanette did a wonderful balayage on my hair today. She is consultative in her approach to your requirements (I showed a reference picture) and she knew the exact colour that would suit my skin tone, where the colour lift should be, and made recommendations on highlights. I wish I could show the before and after photos because they are phenomenal! 💖
