I hadn't had my hair cut professionally for over 10 years, so had completely lost it's shape and very damaged. I had really long hair and wanted it much shorter, and reshaped generally, with bangs too.
I normally hate going to the hairdressers as my experiences in the past have been awful (always cutting off too much or not listening) but I had a wonderful experience at Gemini and I am incredibly happy with my hair!
Very professional, insightful & gave great advice on the shape, very impressed.
